You are a boxer wanting to become the greatest ever in history. The climb to the top of the ladder will be tough, but you can train in the gym to make yourself better. Begin by taking the rookie and US titles, then work your way to the final matchup and be crowned the king!

Plot: The idea is to gain attributes so you can distribute them among your 3 sources: stamina, speed, and strength. Once you feel you have enough experience points, you can choose to fight in the ranks of any opponent you desire. Take up the world champion in your first fight and get your ass kicked or do the right thing and play in the rookie league and work your way up.

Sound: It's the same songs over and over again and to some, this may annoy them, but at least for me when I know I need a good blowjob, I'll play the song that plays between rounds. GO RING CREW GUY, GO!

Graphics: This game was meant to have graphics! Nah, I thought it was supposed to make us laugh. If you ever wanted to learn the true way to win a match, you have to see what happens between rounds with the "jobs" that the ring crew guy does. FIGHT RING CREW GUY FOR EVERLASTING PENIS!

Challenge: The goal is to get the world title and you'll need a lot of training in the gym to accomplish this. This had to be one of the harder games I've ever played. I may be even one of the few who has actually beaten this game! (Don't worry ... there is no ending to this game. When you beat the world champ, you just face him again). I think the greatest match I ever had was against the #2 world contender where I went the distance (about 15 rounds and over 30 real minutes of gameplay) and won the decision.

Gameplay: I like the idea of this game where you have to build up your character and then choosing who you want to face. I don't see what people hate about this game anyway. Is it the ring antics? The thing that angers me is that one punch to your guy near the left or right ring ropes means that you're out (the guy flies out of the ring if beaten up right).

......BOTTOM LINE: Maybe I'm just biased since everyone hates this game, but I think it's worth playing if you think you need a good challenge. It takes a long time to build up experience, but after that it's a piece of cake. You may need to fight some early battles to gain technique, but when this is done, you're set for the title!
